Job Responsibilities
- Managing multi-projects by creating and executing project planning, tracking and reporting time with the development team;
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances, ensuring that deliverables are implemented according to these criteria.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, suppliers, team members and senior staff
- Providing effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience
- Involvement with sales team for presales request and support in order to provide wider projects offer in Chinese market
- Identification, assessment and management of the risks for the project success
- The preparation and maintenance of project and quality plans, and providing regular and accurate reports accordingly
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor degree, Master and MBAs preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT / Application software Engineering / Internet Field. Management of software development is a significant plus
- Experience in creating and managing detailed plans for complex projects and ability to track progress of plan
- Ability to gain technical knowledge required by the project
- PMP Certification would be appreciated Skills
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent Chinese and English written and oral communication skills
- Very organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with particular attention to cross-culture communication and presentation skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office and project planning tools
