Job Responsibilities
- Follows the recruitment process to ensure qualified applicants are selected
- Conducts interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations and offers
- Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
- Fosters effective communication between employees and management
- Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment result
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisors
Requirements
- College degree or above, with major in human resources or business administration
- At least 2 years HR working experience, including 1year recruitment experience in IT
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer skills on MS
- Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Impressive interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Good communication and coordination, good sense of team work
