Job Responsibilities

  • Follows the recruitment process to ensure qualified applicants are selected
  • Conducts interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations and offers
  • Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
  • Fosters effective communication between employees and management
  • Analyses the effectiveness of recruitment result
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisors

Requirements

  • College degree or above, with major in human resources or business administration
  • At least 2 years HR working experience, including 1year recruitment experience in IT
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Computer skills on MS
  • Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Impressive interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination, good sense of team work
